Row New Jersey's Learn-to-Row camp is a condensed, inexpensive introduction to the sport.  Over four 2 hour sessions, an athlete can try out the sport, learn the basics and get on the water a couple times. Participants will meet some of  the coaches and team members and see if this is a sport they would like to pursue more substantially.

Summer 2025 Learn To Row - Youth/High School  & Middle School Sessions

We are offering sessions for both Middle Schoolers (rising 6th-8th)  and Juniors/High School Students  (rising 8th-12th graders).  

These one week sessions will allow athletes to try rowing in a fun and safe environment.  No experience needed!  Athletes will be introduced to all aspects of sweep rowing  as coxswains or rowers from carrying boats, launching, landing, water technique and land training. Space is limited in each session.
