 Row New Jersey Total Athlete Training Program
Being Your Best Takes More Than Practice 


An intense land-based conditioning program designed to prepare athletes for successful spring competition. This takes place at an indoor gym facility.
The daily sessions consist of running, weightlifting, frequent use of the ergometer and other organized program workouts (ex: yoga, spin, kick-boxing) to increase strength, stamina, stability, and overall performance.  There is the opportunity to row indoors, in off-site tanks during winter training as well.


Row New Jersey's Total Athlete Training Program also includes speakers on the topics of Diet & Nutrition, Mental Well Being, Time Management and Injury Prevention, scheduled throughout the season  (dates TBA).


Training sessions take place Mon-Friday after school*

$525.00 Winter Training Tuition- all participants 

There will be NO practice on the following dates:
  • Winter Break Dec 23 - Jan 3
  • MLK Day   Monday, January  20, 2020
  • Presidents Day Monday,  February 17, 2020

Who can join?  Girls & Boys Teams, new and returning 8-12th competitive racers  and coxswains as well as Middle Schoolers who completed the Fall 2019 development season are welcome to join us for Winter Training.
